Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to be the principal technical advisor for Enterprise Support customers across compute, storage, database, and more. You will work with engineers to resolve issues, drive adoption of AWS services, and maintain operational health in customer environments.

Travel 10%+ as needed. You'll partner with senior leadership to discuss incidents, risk, and trade-offs while delivering best-practice guidance and proactive optimization across

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three of: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in distributed systems.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal technical advisor and 'voice of the customer' to organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises.
• Proactively craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services.
• Collaborate with engineers and service teams to resolve issues and ensure operational health and resilience.
