Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support customers across Compute, Storage, Database, and more at enterprise scale. You will be the principal technical advisor, shaping strategies, promoting AWS best practices, and driving service adoption.

You will work with senior leaders, coordinate with engineers, and travel up to 10% to ensure customer success and operational resilience in cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications in distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises.
• Drive discussions with senior leadership on incidents, trade-offs, support and risk management.
• Advocate and provide strategic technical guidance to plan and build AWS-based solutions; ensure environmental health and resilience.
• Travel ~10% or more as needed.
