You will deliver consultative guidance across architecture, security, and operations, tailoring engagements like Well-Architected reviews, workshops, and strategic business reviews to customer needs. You will represent AWS in customer environments, coordinating with senior leadership on incidents, trade-offs, risk management, and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of technical work experience
• 2+ years of technical engineering experience
• Experience in Information Technology operations

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural and operational guidance to customers
• Consult on architecture, governance, security, and operations
• Travel 10% or more as needed
