Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) within AWS Enterprise Support. The TAM acts as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, guiding adoption and use of AWS services across Compute, Storage, Database, Big Data, and more.

This role requires working with engineers and service teams to resolve issues and advocate best practices, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience is required.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three or more of the following: compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data, analytics, security, applications development in distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to organizations from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises.
• Proactively craft and execute strategies to drive customers' adoption and use of AWS services.
• Collaborate with engineers and service teams to resolve issues and drive operational health and resilience in customers' AWS environments.
