Job summary
AWS Enterprise Support is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to be the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for Enterprise customers across Compute, Storage, Database, and more.
You will collaborate with engineers and service teams to drive successful adoption of AWS services, craft proactive strategies, and help keep customer environments operational and secure. Travel up to 10%+ is expected.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
- Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data in distributed systems.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
