Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support enterprise customers across Compute, Storage, Database, and more. You will be the principal technical advisor, working with engineers and service teams to resolve issues and drive adoption of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB, and RDS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics in distributed systems.
• Bachelor's degree
