Job summary

TRACTIAN is seeking a Technical Account Manager to partner with manufacturing facilities, improving asset reliability and uptime while expanding footprint across plants and solutions. You’ll guide implementation, adoption, and optimization, delivering measurable ROI and business outcomes.

You will collaborate with maintenance, reliability, engineering, and leadership teams to drive adoption of CBM and PdM initiatives, with travel up to 25% across North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, reliability, or plant operations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and leadership.
• Proven ability to present to customers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic customer relationships across manufacturing facilities to improve reliability and uptime.
• Retain and grow existing accounts while expanding footprint to additional assets and plants.
• Lead on-site support, training, and strategic guidance for CBM/PdM initiatives.
• Present maintenance strategies and ROI to plant leadership and executives.
