Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Application Consultant to lead strategic partnerships with distributors and end users in Asset Management & Reliability. This hybrid role reports to the NA Manager, Application Consulting and supports Rockwell's lifecycle services across North America, including the United States and Canada.

You will drive GTM plans, manage key relationships, and enable field teams with tools for revenue growth, renewals, and analytics-driven proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Legal Authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan for NA Distributors/End Customers in Asset Management & Reliability.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and end customers, including sales leadership and product teams.
• Drive joint pipeline and revenue growth through co-selling and co-marketing initiatives.
• Support contract renewals in collaboration with customer success teams.
• Enable sales with knowledge, tools, and resources for Asset Management & Reliability opportunities.
• Lead daily operational cadence of the partnership with regular business reviews and internal reporting.
• Represent the partnership at industry events and internal meetings.
• Define and implement advanced analytics to support opportunity qualification and proposal generation in AM&R.
