Job summary

TRACTIAN seeks aTechnical Account Manager in Austin to manage customer projects in manufacturing maintenance, driving maintenance operational excellence and reliability programs. You will ensure customer satisfaction and expansion by delivering ROI and strong relationships.

Responsibilities include supporting CBM and CMMS initiatives, coordinating internal/external resources, and delivering successful ROI while training stakeholders during project kick-offs.

Qualifications

• Business-driven mindset and customer facing experience.
• 5+ years of experience within manufacturing environments with a track record of driving operational excellence.
• Experience in management of projects and small teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in all matters related to TRACTIAN services, including CBM projects and CMMS initiatives.
• Guarantee optimal customer satisfaction and ROI by managing internal and external resources.
• Drive customer accounts growth by delivering ROI and building relationships.
• Implement new projects by visiting customers during kick-offs and training all stakeholders.
