Tractian is seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead customer projects in manufacturing maintenance, ensuring satisfaction and expansion with a focus on ROI.

You will build deep relationships with enterprise clients, drive ROI, and deliver successful implementations, including training for stakeholders. The role requires travel up to 25% across North America and a strong background in manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Business-driven mindset with customer-facing experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing environments driving operational excellence.
• Experience in project management and leading small teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% in North America and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support customers using TRACTIAN services, CBM projects and CMMS initiatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and ROI by coordinating internal and external resources.
• Drive account growth through ROI delivery and relationship building.
• Implement new projects by campus visits, kick-offs and stakeholder training.
