TRACTIAN is seeking a Technical Account Manager to oversee customer projects in the manufacturing maintenance sector. You will ensure satisfaction, optimize ROI, and drive maintenance operational excellence by strengthening reliability programs.

In this role you will support customers using TRACTIAN services, manage projects and small teams, train stakeholders, and collaborate with internal resources to deliver successful outcomes while traveling up to 25% in North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing with proven track record of achieving operational excellence.
• Experience managing projects and small teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; focus on continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% in North America and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in all matters related to TRACTIAN services and CBM/CMMS initiatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and ROI by managing internal and external resources.
• Drive account growth by delivering ROI and building relationships.
• Implement new projects by visiting customers during kick-offs and training stakeholders.
