Job summary

TRACTIAN is seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead customer projects in the manufacturing maintenance sector. You will drive maintenance operational excellence, enhance reliability programs, and ensure customer ROI through effective account management.

You will support customers using TRACTIAN services, manage cross-functional resources, and grow accounts by delivering measurable ROI. Travel up to 25% in North America is required, with strong communication and leadership skills valued.

Qualifications

• Business-driven mindset and customer-facing experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing with track record of operational excellence.
• Experience in project management and leading small teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 25% across North America.
• Valid driver’s license with good standing.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with TRACTIAN services including CBM projects and CMMS initiatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and ROI by coordinating internal/external resources.
• Drive account growth by delivering ROI and building relationships.
• Implement new projects through kickoff visits and stakeholder training.
