Job summary

Sprinto is seeking a hands-on Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to guide customers through end-to-end setup, go-live, and the first audit milestone. You will run structured implementations, manage senior stakeholders, and drive product adoption across a fast-growing SaaS platform.

As a remote role, you’ll own escalations between Product, Support, and Compliance, and contribute to scalable onboarding practices while delivering measurable value to customers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a customer-facing onboarding or implementation role at a SaaS company.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding journey end-to-end from contract to go-live and first audit milestone.
• Run a structured implementation for every customer — kickoff, milestone tracking, risk flags, and go-live.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships — founders, CTOs, and security leads; conduct executive check-ins.
• Drive product adoption and setup completion — guide customers through integration setup and compliance alignment.
• Own internal escalations — act as the bridge between Customer, Product, Support, and Compliance.
• Track and act on customer health signals — surface risks proactively.
• Improve the playbooks you use — document what works and scale onboarding practices.
