Agilysys, Inc. is seeking an experienced Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to guide customers through adoption of our SaaS solutions. You will own the launch from kickoff through go-live and handoff to Support.

You will act as trusted advisor, guiding discovery, configuring the system, delivering structured training, and ensuring customers realize value quickly using best practices. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that blends implementation discipline, training excellence, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding or customer training.
• Strong project management and structured implementation knowledge.
• Experience delivering engaging training to diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, remote and in-person.
• Business acumen with ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end onboarding journey from kickoff to go-live.
• Collaborate with Sales and Project teams to ensure a solid implementation handoff.
• Lead discovery and gather functional and technical requirements.
• Configure customer accounts aligned with documented business needs.
• Coordinate and configure third-party integrations (non-technical).
• Deliver live 1:1 and group training sessions (remote and onsite).
• Ensure customers are empowered to operate at go-live.
