Sprinto is an Autonomous Trust Platform enabling organizations to maintain a strong trust posture across security frameworks, vendors, and customers. We’re hiring a Technical Account Manager to guide customers from contract through setup, go-live, and their first audit milestone.

Qualifications

• Ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to break down complex problems into actions, owners and deadlines.
• Fast learner with curiosity and follow-through.
• Clear written communication and stakeholder trust.
• General knowledge of cloud systems, SaaS integrations, APIs, SOC 2 or ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Make the plan real by turning goals into milestones with owners.
• Guide the setup by connecting tools, activating controls, and aligning with frameworks.
• Keep people moving together with clear updates and risk surface.
• Own the next step when blocked, coordinating with Product/Support/Compliance.
• Improve the journey by documenting recurring friction and improving onboarding.
