Job summary

The role focuses on guiding customers from contract through setup, ensuring go-live and the first audit are successful, while translating goals into milestones and maintaining momentum.

The candidate should have a recent B.Tech in cybersecurity or an MBA in ITBM and be able to explain complex concepts, with knowledge of cloud, SaaS, APIs, SOC 2, or ISO

Qualifications

• B.Tech in cybersecurity or MBA in ITBM.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and organize ambiguous problems.
• Knowledge of cloud, SaaS, APIs, SOC 2 or ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from contract signature through setup, go-live, and first audit.
• Translate customer goals into milestones and actionable plans.
• Maintain momentum through regular progress reviews and risk surfacing.
