Sprinto, an Autonomous Trust Platform, is hiring a Technical Account Manager. Youll guide customers from contract through setup, go-live, and their first audit milestone while learning how our security/compliance platform works in practice.

Youll work with founders, CTOs, and security teams; own milestones, connect customer tools to frameworks, and keep projects moving with clear updates and risk awareness.

Qualifications

• Explain technical ideas to non-technical people clearly.
• Break down ambiguous problems into actions, owners and deadlines.
• Learn quickly, ask good questions, and follow through.
• Write clearly and build trust across teams with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Make the plan real by turning goals into milestones with owners.
• Guide the setup by connecting customer tools and aligning to frameworks.
• Keep people moving with regular progress updates and risk surfacing.
• Own the next step when blockers arise, coordinating with Product/Support.
• Improve the journey by documenting friction and improving onboarding.
