Job summary

Mitratech is seeking a detail-oriented Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to guide new customers from kickoff through setup and go-live. You will configure accounts, user access, settings, and workflows, ensuring quality through QA checks and validation.

You will manage multiple projects, communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, and drive smooth transitions from implementation to ongoing account management. SaaS experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management abilities with multiple projects
• Clear written and verbal communication with a customer-centric approach
• Keen attention to detail and quality throughout configuration and validation
• Customer-focused, proactive mindset with ownership of outcomes
• Comfort with learning new systems, tools, and processes; SaaS/customer onboarding exp preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new customers from kickoff to implementation completion
• Configure accounts, access, settings, and workflows with QA testing
• Coordinate multiple implementations and report progress to stakeholders
• Maintain proactive customer communication and issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and support
• Suggest improvements to onboarding and implementation workflows
