Job summary

Cyberhaven is seeking a Technical Account Manager in the EST zone to own the end-to-end technical outcomes for customer accounts. You will manage architecture, deployment, and integrations of the Agentic Data Security platform, acting as a trusted advisor to security, IT, and ops teams.

You will guide onboarding, drive adoption, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure customer outcomes are achieved. Strong technical depth and customer-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Own customer technical outcomes from implementation through steady-state operation.
• Deploy, support, and troubleshoot SaaS-based security/endpoint agent tech.
• Resolve escalated issues and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Coordinate multiple accounts with clear documentation and plans.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Know networking, security products, and enterprise network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical picture of each account: architecture, deployment, configuration, and integrations.
• Guide onboarding and rollout, including agent deployment strategy and policy design.
• Run regular health checks, adoption reviews, and risk/goals discussions.
• Monitor agent coverage, usage patterns, and drive technical success plans.
• Advise on upgrades and feature rollouts to minimize disruption.
• Coordinate with SIEM, SOAR, and UEBA integrations to extend value.
