Job summary

Cyberhaven is seeking a Technical Account Manager to be the technical quarterback for our customers in the US. You will own the full technical picture: architecture, deployment, integrations, and performance, and you will be the trusted advisor to Security, IT, and customer operations teams.

You will coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, drive adoption, and escalate with engineering when needed.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on EDR/DLP endpoint experience.
Expertise with DLP, Insider Threat, and CASB solutions.
3+ years in a Technical Account Management or similar customer-facing technical role.
Hands-on experience deploying, supporting SaaS-based security/endpoint agent tech.
Proven experience resolving escalated technical customer issues with engineering.

Responsibilities

Own the technical relationship for assigned accounts, with end-to-end knowledge of architecture, deployment, policies, and integrations.
Partner with customers through onboarding and rollout, including agent deployment strategy and policy design.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations across the book of business.
Run regular check-ins and business reviews covering technical health, adoption, risk, and goals.
