Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in California is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager to help commercial clients maximize value from Yardi’s property management software.

You’ll combine technical aptitude with strong communication to support setup, troubleshooting, and day-to-day use, ensuring a smooth, successful experience. You’ll travel during the training period and collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, solution-focused support, learn about products and industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Services or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable providing live support via phone and email.
• Proactive problem-solver with a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
