Job summary

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in New York is seeking a Technology Learning Specialist to lead and evolve the firm’s training on desktop applications, LMS, and related tools. The role offers hybrid work with opportunities to train staff across multiple offices, including remote delivery.

The position requires an associate degree and 2+ years of technical training experience, plus strong writing and documentation skills to develop engaging learning content.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent and two+ years of technical training in a large law firm.
• Strong writing skills with experience in creating training manuals and quick reference guides.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with document management systems.
• Ability to explain technical instructions in plain language.
• Detail-oriented with initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead new-hire and staff training on firm core applications and telephony systems.
• Develop and maintain in-house e-learning content and training manuals.
• Create videos and tutorials using Camtasia or similar tools.
• Coordinate with Help Desk and IT to prepare reference materials.
• Deliver training across offices and support LMS management.
• Evaluate external training resources for potential use.
• Document procedures and maintain up-to-date training materials.
