Job summary

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP is seeking a Technology Learning Specialist in Los Angeles to lead the Firm's technology training program. You will design, develop, and deliver training on desktop applications, structure, and content, while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

The role supports new hires and current staff through various delivery methods, collaborates with IT and HR, and maintains training documentation and LMS resources.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; 2+ years of technical training experience in a large law firm environment.
• Strong writing skills; experience drafting training manuals and reference guides.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of document formatting and DMS.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and develop training materials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new-hire and ongoing training on core firm applications and systems via classroom, virtual, or remote formats.
• Develop training courses, objectives, exercises, and assessments; ensure curriculum consistency across offices.
• Create and maintain in-house e-learning content including screen recordings and videos; manage LMS materials.
