You will design e-learning content, maintain the LMS, and collaborate with IT and HR to align training with business needs. A two-year technical training background and strong writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two+ years technical training experience in a large practice law firm or equivalent.
• Excellent writing skills; experience creating training manuals and quick reference guides.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with document management systems.
• Ability to learn new software/hardware and develop technical documentation and training aids.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new-hire and staff training on core applications and systems.
• Develop and update training courses; align with firm policies and practice group needs.
• Create e-learning content (screen recordings, videos) and manage LMS materials.
• Coordinate training with Help Desk, office administrators, HR, and practice group leaders.
• Deliver training sessions across multiple offices, including remote sessions.
• Evaluate external training materials for potential use; support special projects.
