Job summary

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP seeks a Technology Learning Specialist to lead the firm’s training program for desktop applications, its structure, and design. The role supports new-hire and staff training across locations with a hybrid on-site/remote model (KattenFlex).

You will develop objectives, create e-learning content, and ensure consistency across offices while collaborating with IT, HR, and practice groups.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 2+ years in technical training for a large law firm.
• Strong writing skills and experience producing training documentation.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• Ability to learn and teach various software and hardware, with clear layman explanations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new-hire and ongoing training on core firm applications in classroom, one-on-one, or remote formats.
• Develop courses, objectives, and assessments using instructional design principles.
• Create in-house e-learning content, videos, and quick reference materials.
• Maintain LMS content, coordinate with Help Desk and IT staff, and update training docs.
• Contribute to special projects and evaluate external training resources for firm use.
