Job summary

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP is seeking a Technology Learning Specialist to lead the firm's training program for desktop applications and related technologies. You will design courses, build assessments, and maintain e-learning content across offices, ensuring consistency as upgrades occur.

You will develop videos, quick reference cards, and LMS resources while collaborating with Help Desk and HR to tailor training for a large, diverse user base including attorneys and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent and two or more years technical training experience in training for a large law firm.
• Strong writing skills with experience in creating technical documentation and training materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems; ability to learn new applications.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse users including attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead training for desktop applications, new hires and staff, in classrooms, one-on-one, or remote.
• Develop training courses, objectives, exercises, assessments, and supporting materials.
• Create in-house e-learning content, videos, screencasts, and reference materials.
• Maintain LMS content, coordinate with Help Desk, and support other offices.
• Contribute to special projects and evaluate external training resources for firm use.
