Job summary

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP is seeking a Technology Learning Specialist to lead the firm’s training program for desktop applications, its structure and design. The role includes training new hires and staff across offices in a hybrid work model.

You will develop in-house e-learning content, training videos with Camtasia, and LMS materials, coordinating with Help Desk to ensure consistent curricula across offices including Charlotte.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with two or more years of technical training experience in developing, implementing, and conducting applications training in a large law firm.
• Strong writing skills with experience creating technical documentation (training manuals, quick reference guides, etc.).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with document management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to train diverse user groups including attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead training of new employees and current staff on desktop applications and firm systems.
• Develop training courses, objectives, exercises, assessments, and supporting materials for instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced formats.
• Create and maintain in-house e-learning content, screen recordings, tutorials, and videos.
• Coordinate with Help Desk and IT staff to maintain reference materials and LMS content.
• Deliver training across multiple offices and monitor curriculum consistency.
