Job summary
The Tyndale Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting from intake to hire, with a focus on IT and technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and optimize sourcing using market insights.
Hybrid/remote role requiring 1 onsite day per week; candidates must reside within commutable distance of our PA or North Houston locations. You will manage candidate activity in iCIMS, deliver a high-quality candidate experience, and stay current
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle corporate/in-house recruiting experience, with IT/technical focus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and pre-employment.
- Recruit niche IT and technical talent (software, infra, cybersecurity, analytics, AI/ML, ERP).
- Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and develop sourcing strategies.
- Build proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
- Conduct market research to identify candidate pools and market conditions.
- Screen and assess candidates for fit and technical alignment.
- Lead regular recruiting status meetings with hiring managers.
- Monitor activity and adjust channels to optimize candidate flow.
- Manage requisitions and candidate workflows in iCIMS.
- Build relationships with networks, colleges, and events.
- Deliver a professional candidate experience and stay current on recruiting tech including AI tools.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws and EEO policies.
