Job summary
Tyndale Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full‑cycle recruiting from intake through hire, partnering with hiring managers to move searches forward with a consultative approach.
You’ll focus on IT and technical talent, building pipelines and leveraging market insights to optimize sourcing. This role supports a hybrid/remote schedule with onsite requirements, and candidates must reside within commutable distance of our North Houston, TX location or HQ
Qualifications
- 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience for IT/technical roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
- Experience promoting roles and building candidate pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to hire.
- Recruit niche IT and technical roles (software, security, AI/ML, ERP).
- Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and strategies.
- Build proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines.
- Manage requisitions and candidate workflows in iCIMS.
- Provide regular pipeline updates and market insights.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
