DTN is seeking a driven Technical Recruiter to shape our talent future in a flexible hybrid role, working from home with in-person collaboration in Uptown Dallas. You will hunt for top engineers, own the full hiring process, and partner with managers to precisely define needs.

You will also experiment with AI tools to accelerate sourcing and screening, while growing your recruiting career. You will report to a hands-on leader and be mentored as you learn the DTN way of talent acquisition,

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in tech recruiting.
• Must be comfortable owning the full hiring process.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to define needs.
• Proactive hunter of top engineering talent beyond standard job boards.
• Interest in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to streamline recruiting.
