TeamViewer seeks a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in tech hiring across North America.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, product, data, cloud, infrastructure, and IT roles, partnering with hiring managers to build high-quality pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You will source proactively, map talent markets, and drive ambitious recruiting metrics across North America, including a hybrid setup with Tampa or Austin offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting with strong tech focus
• Proven track record hiring technical professionals across disciplines and seniorities
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets and engineering orgs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with engineering leaders
• Ability to proactively source and assess passive technical talent in competitive markets
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and data-driven recruitment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Passion for candidate experience and building diverse, high-performing teams

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring software engineers and product/IT talent
• Partner with hiring managers to understand priorities, workforce planning and talent market challenges
• Proactively source high-caliber technical candidates through LinkedIn, networking and referrals
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive technical talent across North America
• Develop trusted relationships with candidates for a high-touch experience
• Leverage market intelligence and talent mapping to attract top talent
• Monitor recruiting metrics and pipeline health to improve effectiveness
