Job summary

Hill International seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist in Houston, TX or Dallas, TX to support recruiting across the Southern and Western U.S. region. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top technical talent while balancing multiple opportunities.

The role emphasizes strong partnerships, negotiation, and effective communication, with a hybrid work pattern requiring at least two days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisition workload and balancing competing priorities.
• Experience developing strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and candidate-closing skills in a competitive talent market.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.
