AgileEngine is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and screen top IT candidates and build a strong pipeline for critical positions.

You will carry out screenings and assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, while collaborating with clients to understand hiring needs. The role offers flextime with remote and office options in a people-first culture that values collaboration and growth.

Qualificações

• Advanced English communication skills and open-minded attitude.
• 1+ year of successful recruiting experience or similar roles.
• Affinity for technology and familiarity with ATS.
• Willingness to develop new skills and teamwork.
• Experience in IT industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Screen candidates and assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build a robust pipeline of candidates for clients, prioritizing quality.
• Manage candidate data and track progress with attention to detail.
• Proactively source candidates through channels including online platforms, networking, and referrals.
