TEKsystems is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Edgewood, MD for a hybrid role (2 days remote, 3 on-site). The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple open positions, develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews while partnering with hiring managers to define needs and candidate profiles.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience required.
• Experience with an ATS system and preferably a technical background.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.

Mansioni

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple open positions—from sourcing to hire.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies via networks, job boards, referrals, and talent communities.
• Screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and fit; coordinate interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Provide qualified candidate recommendations and recruiting updates throughout the process.
• Support candidate engagement and employment branding initiatives.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data in the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate interviews and serve as main contact for candidates during process.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Support offer preparation and onboarding activities.
