Alexander Technology Group is seeking a results-driven sales recruiting professional to grow our client relationships and deliver technology talent solutions across permanent and contract staffing engagements.

You will develop new IT and technology client relationships through targeted prospecting, manage a book of business across software, infrastructure, data, and engineering roles, and partner with CIOs and hiring managers to deliver staffing solutions.

Qualifications

• Sales or recruiting experience preferred.
• Interest in technology and IT markets.
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills.
• Motivated by performance-based compensation.

Responsibilities

• Develop new IT and technology client relationships through targeted prospecting.
• Build and manage a book of business across software, infrastructure, data, and engineering roles.
• Partner with CIOs, IT Directors, and technical hiring managers.
• Deliver permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire staffing solutions.
• Advise clients on market trends, talent availability, and compensation.
• Negotiate search terms and staffing strategies.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely candidate delivery.
• Maintain consistent activity to drive revenue growth.
