The role focuses on partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters, developing consultative relationships, and delivering qualified candidate shortlists in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams, manage multiple requisitions, and use proactive sourcing to engage passive talent across specialist disciplines.

Formación

• Proven experience recruiting and sourcing across the energy sector.
• Experience supporting recruitment for field-based environments, data centers, electrical energy, and power-related operations.
• Proven expertise in candidate pipeline development, market research, proactive sourcing, and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Apply talent sourcing and high-volume recruitment expertise to attract and hire qualified warehouse, material handling, and frontline operations talent.
• Screen candidates, conduct high-volume phone screens, and deliver quality candidate shortlists.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align on hiring priorities.
