Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop new IT and technology client relationships through targeted prospecting.
• Build and manage a book of business across software, infrastructure, data, and engineering roles.
• Partner with CIOs, IT Directors, and technical hiring managers.
• Deliver permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire staffing solutions.
• Advise clients on market trends, talent availability, and compensation.
• Negotiate search terms and staffing strategies.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely candidate delivery.
• Maintain consistent activity to drive revenue growth.
