Talution Group is a technology recruiting and staffing firm joining a growing team focused on direct-hire and project-based talent solutions. You’ll report to the VP of Sales and receive hands-on training to qualify and place professionals in tech.

You’ll learn to engage passive talent, understand client needs, and grow accounts in a fast-paced SMB and global client landscape. The program aims to develop expertise in the most desired tech roles, with a strong emphasis on a positive interview

Qualificações

• 2+ years of staffing sales or applicable sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in a customer-centric environment.
• High sense of urgency and self-confidence while working in a results-oriented environment.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and on a team.
• Competitive, self-motivated work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Learn the full life cycle recruitment process alongside management.
• Identify, source, and reach out to candidates that meet client requirements.
• Qualify candidate competencies against position descriptions and client insights.
• Assess cultural fit with behavioral-based screening questions.
• Research clients to understand the competitive landscape and pitch to candidates.
• Participate in trainings and tutorials from subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with account managers to learn desirable qualities hiring managers seek.
• Partner with sourcing and research teams to learn best practices for identifying challenging roles.
• Nurture relationships with placed consultants and manage expectations and performance.
• Uncover business leads via market intel from candidate activity and other sources.
