Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own a portfolio of client roles from kickoff through to offer accepted. You will shortlist candidates from our talent database, source directly when needed, run interviews, and partner with internal delivery and sourcing teams to close roles quickly.

You will hit monthly placement targets, maintain a healthy live pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client briefs are met.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency, RPO, or high-volume in-house environments.
• Proven track record of meeting placement targets and maintaining a live pipeline.
• Confident direct sourcer with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and creative outreach.
• Comfortable interviewing candidates and making calls on fit against briefs.
• Strong client and stakeholder skills with evidence-based pushback on briefs.
• Disciplined candidate data management in ATS/CRM systems.
• Experience using AI-powered matching and sourcing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client roles from kickoff to offer acceptance.
• Review role briefs, shortlist candidates, source directly, and run interviews.
• Collaborate with delivery, sourcing, and account management teams to move roles forward.
• Create and manage job ads on ATS and external boards for dedicated outreach.
• Calibrate candidates against client requirements and refine briefs as needed.
• Maintain accurate role status, candidate records, and pipeline data.
