Best Buy's Geek Squad Agent role is the first point of contact for customers seeking technology support in our Tinley Park store. You’ll assess needs, perform basic services, and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs, providing friendly, expert guidance.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, and providing accurate time estimates for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs replacement decisions.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge and skills through training courses.
• Communicate clearly and partner with fellow agents.
