Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Passion for technology and desire to solve problems
• Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing accurate time estimates
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs replace decisions
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses
• Communicate and partner with fellow agents
