Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support at our Pearland store. You will assess customer needs, provide basic services, and collaborate with other agents on complex repairs.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Passion for technology and desire to solve problems.
• Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing accurate time estimates for steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
