Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support in our local store. You’ll assess customers’ needs, perform basic services, and collaborate with other agents on complex repairs. Flexible and friendly problem solvers who love tech will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong interest in technology and eagerness to learn and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check‑in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, and providing accurate next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs. replacement decisions.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge and skills through certified training courses.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with fellow agents.
