Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent at our Derby, KS store to be the first point of contact for customers seeking technology support, knowledge and solutions.

You will assess needs, perform basic services and partner with other agents on more complex repairs, all while delivering friendly, timely service and accurate time estimates.

This role requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends, and a passion for helping people solve tech challenges.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand tech issues by asking questions and providing time estimates.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement.
• Monitor service queues and give accurate status updates.
• Maintain knowledge through training courses and certifications.
• Communicate clearly and partner with fellow agents.
