Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive new business by pursuing prospects and presenting TriNet’s comprehensive HR solution to 5-99 employee companies within a defined territory.

You will build a book of business, conduct meetings with prospective clients including C-level executives, write proposals, and close deals while maintaining TriNet’s core values. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically 3+ years B2B complex sales cycle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and hit targets within defined territory.
• Prospect and build a balanced pipeline.
• Qualify opportunities quickly.
• Establish a trusted advisor relationship.
• Navigate multiple opportunities through a 3–6 month cycle.
• Use Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo for daily activities.
• Meet quota targets and complete admin tasks.
