Job summary

TriNet is recruiting a Sales Consultant to drive growth by pursuing new prospects and selling TriNet's comprehensive HR solution to small and mid-sized businesses. You will own a territory, build a book of business, and execute the end-to-end sales process with C-level and owner decision makers.

The role requires strong communication, consultative selling, and a knack for developing partnerships with ecosystem referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically 3+ years of B2B complex sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan an annual territory plan to hit defined targets and segments.
• Prospect new logos and build a balanced pipeline through multiple channels.
• Qualify opportunities quickly using decision-maker insights.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships and drive value-based selling.
• Manage a multi-month sales process with clear milestones.
• Utilize Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and other tools to track activity.
• Strive to meet and exceed quota and sales goals.
• Complete all admin duties promptly and accurately.
• Demonstrate TriNet’s core values daily and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned and travel as needed.
