Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Sales Consultant to power business success by pursuing new prospects and selling TriNet's comprehensive HR solution to 5-99 employee companies within your territory. You will own your opportunities, run an organized sales process, and consistently aim to exceed quota.

You will build a pipeline through traditional prospecting methods and partnerships, qualify opportunities, and present proposals to C-level executives and business owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically 3+ years B2B complex sales cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build your own book of business from prospecting, sourcing, establishing and maximizing partner and referral networks.
• Ability to travel to prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan: Develop an annual plan to hit targets in defined territory.
• Prospect: Build a balanced pipeline through cold calling, email, phone, LinkedIn and partnerships.
• Qualifying opportunities: Assess target market and decision-makers quickly.
• Value & Consultative Selling: Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.
• Sales Process: Manage a multi-step selling process with executive sponsorship.
• Sales tools and systems: Use Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and quoting tools.
• Achieve quota by meeting sales activity metrics.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate TriNet's core values daily.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
