Job summary

TriNet, a leading HR solutions provider, is seeking a Sales Consultant in the United States territory. You will pursue new prospects, quantify value, and sell TriNet's comprehensive HR solutions to SMBs with 5-99 employees.

Build your own book of business, manage opportunities, and present to C-level executives. You'll conduct meetings, craft proposals, gain approvals, and drive pipeline while balancing multiple opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically 3+ years B2B complex sales cycle required.

Responsibilities

• Plan: hit targets in defined territory across multiple states/regions.
• Prospect and build a balanced pipeline through various channels and partners.
• Qualify opportunities quickly based on target personas.
• Provide consultative selling and establish trusted advisor relationships.
• Manage a multi-step sales process with multiple opportunities.
• Utilize Sales systems to manage daily activities.
• Achieve quota by meeting sales activity metrics.
• Complete administrative duties in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate TriNet’s core values daily.
