Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive new business within a defined territory, selling TriNet's comprehensive HR solutions, including benefits, payroll, and HR services to SMBs with 5-99 employees. You will build and manage your own book of business, conduct meetings with prospective clients, and deliver proposals to C-level decision-makers.

You will qualify opportunities, develop package proposals, and navigate a multi-step sales process while achieving quota targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically 3+ years B2B complex sales cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build your own book of business from prospecting and networking.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan an annual territory plan to hit targets across multiple states.
• Prospect and build a balanced pipeline of target prospects.
• Qualify opportunities quickly using decision-maker personas.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and TriNet.
• Navigate a multi-step sales process and manage opportunities.
• Use Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Navigator, and quoting tools to manage activities.
