You will blend basic tech knowledge with strong people skills to guide customers through service intake, explain solutions, and ensure confidence in the repair process at the Knowledge Bar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted contact for walk-in or scheduled customers at the Knowledge Bar.
• Listen to customers and guide them through service solutions and offerings.
• Recommend value-added services such as PriorityCare+ and Data Backup.
• Communicate pricing, timelines, and expectations at check-in.
• Assist in basic troubleshooting and route work orders to queues.
• Process service and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain productive performance and stay updated on promotions.
